PSR Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Earthworks Site Engineer/ Surveyor to undertake a freelance role with a well-established earthworks contractor.

The Engineer must have experience of previous bulk earthworks/ muck shift work, preferably with experience of using LSS, Terramodel and programming GPS controlled machinery.

The Site Engineer will be tasked with:

Using EDM, GPS and machine control to monitor the earthwork volumes
processing of design models for machine control GPS application
setting out of minor earthworks operations where machine control cannot be utilised
undertaking site testing
Management of earthworks engineering activity
Liaising with the design and commercial teams
Arranging and overseeing external test companies
Quality Assurance and report writing
To be successful in the role, you will:

Have proven experience within earthworks
Be experienced with Land Surveying and Site Engineering
experience of earthworks modelling software
Have machine controlled GPS Experience
Have a valid CSCS card
Appropriate Right to Work
Be qualified up to degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
